This program is a dental discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used for the following:

For a referral to specialists

For treatment which, in the sole opinion of the provider, is outside of their abilities
This plan is only honored at Stiles Dental Group and may not be used at another dental office. This plan is not an insurance plan. You will not receive a membership card and your plan’s effective date will be on file with our office. The patient’s portion of the bill will be due at the time of service.
